It's a working honeymoon for Angelina Jolie, who has surfaced for the first time since her hush-hush weekend wedding to Brad Pitt. The bride was snapped Friday in Malta, where she's filming her latest movie, By the Sea, which coincidentally co-stars her new husband.

The 39-year-old, who married Pitt at their French chateau on Saturday, was outfitted in all black — including chic floppy hat — as she boarded a boat for tour of the islands. Much to do has been made over the fact that she's wearing a ring in the photo, but it's impossible to decipher if it's her new wedding ring, her stunning yellow gold engagement ring, another gem from her jewelry collection, or even… a giant fuzz on her finger. We just can't tell for sure.

Yahoo Movies reported that the newlyweds will spend the next two and a half months on the Maltese Island of Gozo to film the romance flick, which Jolie will direct from her own script. It is the first time they'll be working together since they met on the set of 2005's Mr. & Ms. Smith and fell in love, despite Pitt being married to Jennifer Aniston at the time.
As for chatter that Jolie and Pitt, 50, will shoot "crazy sex scenes" in the film, an set source tells Yahoo, "It's definitely sexual and sensual, but not as salacious" as reports have made it sound. "There will be romantic scenes featuring the newlyweds," added the insider.

The Insider With Yahoo confirmed with the Film Commissioner in Malta that Mgarr Ix-Xini Beach and the surrounding bay area is closed to the public until Nov. 10 due to the production of the film.

Pitt wasn't with Jolie for her boat trip on Friday, but we already caught a glimpse of his new hardware on Thursday. At the same time news broke that he married his girlfriend of nine years, with whom he has six children, he was promoting his upcoming film Fury in England. While he appeared to try to hide his wedding band while photographers were taking pictures, he flashed it while adjusting his coat when he was finished. Both wedding rings were designed by their jeweler friend, Robert Procop, who has worked with them through the years and is behind the actress's "Style of Jolie" jewelry line, which benefits charity.
