The swanky townhouse, located on 20 East 10th Street in Manhattan, was recently listed by Fredrik Eklund, a name that may be familiar to fans of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York.
But enough about that - what can $22 million get you these days? Well, quite a bit by New York standards. The 6,800-square-foot home, built in 1846, according to its listing, offers five bedrooms and seven - count 'em, seven - fireplaces.
SJP is known for her impeccable style, and the house and its decoration is clearly an extension of her sensibilities. The home features several levels - including garden and parlor floors - a Juliet balcony, a slew of built-in bookshelves, and a 25' x 12' private terrace located on the master floor.
Though the listing doesn't
explicitly state so, we're going to go out on a limb and assume that the
ice white ping pong table in the top picture is not included.
But for only $22 million, what do you expect?
