Taylor Swift has just received the ultimate compliment.
The award-winning songstress immensely impressed fan Jordan Lee
Nickerson, a 6-year-old patient at Boston Children's Hospital, when she
visited on Sunday. As soon as Swift began to strum her guitar to play an
acoustic version of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," Jordan
excitedly told her, "You're great at that!" He also adorably screamed,
"Yes, yes, yes!" as she played.
Jordan was so into the performance in his hospital room, attended only by only a few others, that he sang and danced with Taylor throughout the entire tune. In fact, he might have been the most adoring audience the country queen has ever had.
The little boy, according to a Facebook page started in support of him, has dealt with illnesses most of his life. "When Jordan was just 9 months old, he was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. Because of the Syndrome, he has both physical and developmental disabilities," the page reads. "He also had a severe heart condition. At just 18 months old, he underwent open heart surgery to repair part of his aorta." Then, on July 24, Nickerson was diagnosed with leukemia, the page noted, adding that he "faces a long struggle."
Jordan didn't show any signs of sadness, though. After he rocked out
to Taylor's song — which sounded excellent, especially considering there
were no backing vocals — he even played his idol in a game of air
hockey.

The young Swiftie is one of many
hospitalized kids that Taylor has visited over the years. Her good deeds
helped her land at No. 1 on the non-profit DoSomething.org's annual
list of "Top 20 Celebs Gone Good" released
in December, for the second year in a row. The website cited Taylor's
$100,000 donation to the Nashville Symphony on her birthday and
headlining a charity concert to benefit homeless youth.
Look for her to make it a three-peat.
