Kelly Clarkson is back!
The "Stronger" singer, 32, resurfaced on Thursday for the first time since
giving birth to baby girl River Rose on June 12. The occasion?
Posting proof that she and husband Brandon Blackstock participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
In the last two months, Clarkson has stayed out of the spotlight
while taking care of her precious new arrival. She's mostly kept her
social media posts focused on recent songs — she loves Taylor Swift's
"Shake It Off" and "Bang Bang" by Jessie J, Ariana Grande, and Nicki
Minaj — and on the unexpected death of Robin Williams. (Clarkson
guest-starred on Williams's show
The Crazy Ones.) Of course, she also shared a photo of the little one and raved about her experience as a first-time mom.
Good thing Clarkson is adjusting well to motherhood. The
American Idol alum has been
pretty outspoken about wanting a full house.
